Penn E&R personnel are proficient in designing, permitting, and constructing water supply and wastewater treatment projects and have completed projects for both private and public sector clients.  Penn E&R has long-term experience obtaining water and wastewater permits from the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Departments of Environmental Protection, the Allegheny, Susquehanna, and Delaware River Basin Commissions, and numerous county and local agencies.  Our relationships with regulatory agencies result in an expedited application and approval process, minimizing burden on our clients.  Our water supply development experience encompasses a wide variety of geologic environments, including karst, coastal plain, mountainous regions, lowlands, and riparian areas.  Our wastewater treatment services include:
