  • Engineering design, permitting and construction management services for municipal projects including utility improvements, sinkhole remediation, roadway restoration and repair, flood mitigation, stormwater management, land development, water and wastewater systems, and bridge / culvert replacement
  • Bid package preparation, including plan drawings and technical specifications
  • On-site inspection services during construction and construction management services
  • Environmental studies and flood mitigation studies
  • Parks and recreation improvements projects
  • Geotechnical investigations including infiltration testing and foundation design recommendations
  • Wetland and threatened/endangered species studies
  • Emergency response plans
  • Preparation of local, state and federal grant applications for funding
  • Develop engineer’s probable cost of construction estimates for proposed municipal projects
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and budgets for capital improvement projects planned by the Municipality
  • Review subdivision or new development projects for compliance with the Municipality’s Code
  • Prepare engineering reviews and approvals for soil and erosion control applications, stormwater management applications, grading applications, rights of way and easements, environmental and pollution control issues, utility infrastructure, and related tasks
  • Provide sanitary sewer system oversight, design repair projects, and review sewage facilities planning modules
  • Assist with required documentation, inspections, and permitting for stormwater management requirements including the municipality’s MS4 permit
  • Present professional recommendations to the Municipal Manager and Supervisors / Commissioners / Council members
