KEY PROJECT TASKS:

• Completed initial investigation to identify existing features and utilities, evaluate wetland and stream obstacles and explore options to minimize impacts
• Performed desktop-based evaluation for additional insight, which included completion of a Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory environmental review, review of floodplain and topographic maps, completion of a soil survey, development of wetland maps and determination of stream designations
•  Contacted local, county, state and federal agencies to determine which permits, approvals, authorization may be needed for the proposed development
• Provided summary of findings and conclusion determining the feasibility of the proposed development
